The neighborhood is not that great, and you will see lots of homeless people in the vicinity, so please be aware of this fact. The inside of the place was worth well more than what I paid. The location and surroundings were rough. I understand homeless people don’t choose to be homeless, but I understand that desperate people will do desperate things. I was concerned about securing my property. Everything was fine. I had no problems or issues.
