This modern and spacious house is located in one of the best locations for visiting the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas Strip, and Downtown Fremont St. An easy 10-15 minute drive to the convention center, UNLV, and the Strip, Raiders Stadium, and the airport, and also right around the corner from lots of great off strip dining options and a block away from the grocery store. Comes with all basic necessities such as towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, basic coffee maker, pots and pans, silverware and plates etc. This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $1000 fine for smoking. The driveway and street parking can accommodate 4-5 cars

We had a 3-family group visiting vegas with kids, and this was an affordable and comfortable place to stay. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Huge shower upstairs with a rain fixture. Lots of TVs, good wifi. Off-street parking too. Overall a great fit for groups like ours.
