The kitchen and dining area has two bar stools and a six person dining table with plenty of extra seating in the backyard. Basic cooking utensils and small appliances including a coffee maker are included. The backyard features a BBQ gas grill and a fire pit to keep you warm while taking in a beautiful desert sunset.
Access
Guest will have access to the entire home, a 2 car garage for secure parking, and a spacious private backyard on a 7000 sq ft lot. Can easily accommodate 4 or more cars.
Neighborhood
Safe and quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants, while still only minutes from the Strip, Allegiant starium and other main attractions. One of the best areas to stay in around the entire Las Vegas strip area.
Transit
While there are some public transportation options, and the nearest bus stop is 0.6 miles away, rideshare and/or having a rental car is preferred.
