One King bed and two Queen beds with a sofa sleeper. This unit is on the second floor and requires you to climb one flight of stairs

I’m so grateful for this host’s kindness and quick response during a very stressful time. They welcomed me and my daughters on short notice and provided such a peaceful, safe space. The communication was clear and compassionate from the start, and they even made sure the front door battery issue was taken care of right away. That meant a lot. The place is definitely nice, clean and comfy, not bad for a last minute booking. Location is near the strip which is a plus, but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy, lot’s of homeless people roaming around outside the complex but it was otherwise safe and we did’t encounter any issues during our stay. Hosts are responsive.

This is my second time staying at a BreezyStay’s location and I have been very impressed with how quickly they respond and take care of you. This unit was cleaned well and felt very comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is unsettling, however this is located inside a passcode protected gate so I felt mostly secure. It’s a very short uber ride from most major Vegas attractions so the location is perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! There was a bit of a situation at the beginning around early check-in and getting into the place, but the host was very communicative and proactive in making sure everything was sorted out smoothly. They really went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The space itself is very clean, private, and exactly as described, which I really appreciated. The neighborhood does have some homeless presence, but the property is gated, which adds a good layer of security — just stay aware of your surroundings and you’ll be fine. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed here for about 4 nights! It was my first time in Vegas and was a convenient location with car. Not close enough to walk to the strip safely. The location was a bit run down around it (not sure if that’s just Vegas) but it was private and quiet. Our fridge wasn’t working for the first night and the host was quick to respond and fix the issue within a few hours which was great! The place was clean and perfect for my group of 3.
