This bright and modern condo is within walking distance of the Strip, Las Vegas Convention Center, Sands Expo, MSG Sphere and UNLV. One King bedroom and one double Queen bedroom with TV's in each room. Streaming TV and movies will be provided, and high speed wifi throughout >100mbps. Free parking on site with gated entry. One King bed and two Queen beds with a sofa sleeper. This unit is on the second floor and requires you to climb one flight of stairs

Listing was as expected. Clean and spacious for a small group. Neighborhood itself is a little on the sketchy side but parking and condo was in a gated area so no big deal. Plenty of parking inside. We drove everywhere so we didn’t need to walk but if you do plan on walking, especially at night, I’d suggest staying vigilant. The host was able to accommodate a late checkout for us at an additional fee. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils for eating and cooking but one suggestion for the host would be to invest in some nonstick pans for eggs and other breakfast favorites. Overall, enjoyed our stay and do recommend for your next short Vegas trip.
