Guest access will be mainly just the Condo. The all in one washer dryer and all amenities are inside the unit for your convenience.
Neighborhood
While this is extremely close to downtown, it is by no means the best neighborhood. Anyone who is familiar with city life will have no problem. The property itself is fenced in and we have camera surveillance on the exterior. You will run into some homeless people outside, just as you will all around downtown.
House Rules
No parties or gatherings allowed. No loud music or other noises which can be heard by neighbors will be tolerated. No smoking within 30 feet of any window or door. No garbage or garbage bags left outside the unit, they must be deposited directly into the dumpster. If any of these policies are violated, your booking may be cancelled early with no refund. $500 fee for smoking violation.

check in was smooth, when we arrived, everything was spotless and smelled fresh. something to not is that the mattress is memory foam so it will dip after a while so if you aren't used to it, you can be sore. couch was comfy and TV's work perfectly. walls are a smidge thin but all the neighbors were pretty quiet so wasn't a concern. parking was pretty smooth as well, just a juggle of spots depending on whos staying. right next to free so easy access to everything but still fairly quiet. there is a fairly large unhoused population since it is old Vegas area but they either kept to themselves or fairly friendly. (I'm from Oakland so it didn't bother me). good price for the what you get! i would stay again for sure.
