Guest access will be mainly just the Condo. The all in one washer dryer and all amenities are inside the unit for your convenience.
Neighborhood
While this is extremely close to downtown, it is by no means the best neighborhood. Anyone who is familiar with city life will have no problem. The property itself is fenced in and we have camera surveillance on the exterior. You will run into some homeless people outside, just as you will all around downtown.
House Rules
No parties or gatherings allowed. No loud music or other noises which can be heard by neighbors will be tolerated. No smoking within 30 feet of any window or door. No garbage or garbage bags left outside the unit, they must be deposited directly into the dumpster. If any of these policies are violated, your booking may be cancelled early with no refund. $500 fee for smoking violation.

The interior of the home really is beautiful and filled with anything you may possibly need for your vacation the iron was of great help ! The breezy company always messaged us offering any help or interest to extend stay or early check in etc. customer service is top tier and the apartment was perfect. The outside neighborhood is a bit run down but not of their fault. They did amazing on the interior and cameras with flood lights helps a lot at night feeling safer.

Would not recommend women staying here alone. It’s on the side of the road and there are many homeless camps near and across when I stayed. I called customer service and they said it was included in the description (which I did not see at first). The unit is nice. Has a mildew smell as I walked in and throughout my 4 day stay. There was hair all over the bathroom and bedroom floor. I’m bald so it definitely was not mine. Otherwise, a decent place to stay for solo travelers.
