Guest access will be mainly just the Condo. The all in one washer dryer and all amenities are inside the unit for your convenience.
Neighborhood
While this is extremely close to downtown, it is by no means the best neighborhood. Anyone who is familiar with city life will have no problem. The property itself is fenced in and we have camera surveillance on the exterior. You will run into some homeless people outside, just as you will all around downtown.
House Rules
No parties or gatherings allowed. No loud music or other noises which can be heard by neighbors will be tolerated. No smoking within 30 feet of any window or door. No garbage or garbage bags left outside the unit, they must be deposited directly into the dumpster. If any of these policies are violated, your booking may be cancelled early with no refund. $500 fee for smoking violation.

Clean and quiet place. Located in an older part of town but easy to get on and off of the interstate. Had some issues with the internet the last few days but the host stayed in communication to try and resolve the issue.

Everything thing was greasy as usual this was my second time saying here and I loved it every time I come to Vegas I will be booking here as far as driving everything is so close a the most expensive uber was $23 and that was from the airport every other uber cost me $15 and under i didn’t have to get a rental which helps bc I like to drink lol but everything was great I can’t wait to return in November hopefully you guys are not booked when I return then I had an amazing experience at this place everything was great

Really nice place to stay for a few days cozy and private feeling nice accommodations surrounding area is a bit lackluster in terms of quality but inside takes you to what feels like a new world away from Vegas 5/5

Great stay! Will definitely be booking with BreezyStays again. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was clean and homey feeling, plus location was right off the freeway. I did not have any issues whatsoever. This stay is highly recommended for convenience of location!

Very clean and nice on the inside! The host was very responsive and helpful! The location was just outside all major places, so it was easy to uber to anything.

Good location near everything but away from the chaos of the strip, easy to get in and out of. Good communication with the host. Comfortable to stay in for a few days alone or with 1 other person.

Despite the slightly shady location (the cab drivers kept warning us about the homeless people around) the stay was safe and comfortable due to the safety instructions given to us. Cozy, comfortable and true to description.
