Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Las Vegas apartment is bright, modern and features an open living/dining area and balcony, pool access, and is conveniently located just off the strip (1.2 miles) A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. This unit is located on the third floor and you need to climb stairs to get to it. Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc. Free parking for up to two vehicles.
Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

Awesome stay! We were a 10 minute drive away from the strip, across the street we had del taco and dennys for an easy quick snack before we headed out to celebrate Vegas for the first time. Easy check in, never had a hassle when ordering Lyfts, Ubers, etc. some of the softest bed after a long day out and the balcony had a beautiful view out to the rio hotel and surroundings. Pool and jacuzzi was the cherry on top for relaxation. 100% recommend

A wonderful location near the strip. The Airbnb felt like a home and an experience. When needed, Breezy and his staff were incredibly helpful and quick to respond. If you're searching for a fantastic yet reasonably priced location to stay, I highly recommend this Airbnb.

I had originally booked for my child and I (2 guests) and later needed to add 2 more guests. I reached out to the host to get approval and a parking pass. They responded super quick and got my friend access right away. The flooring needs some fixing, but overall a beautiful place, felt like home away from home and totally worth it! Will definitely want to stay with them again in the future.

The host was very communicative and friendly. They answered all my questions at a fast pace and made me feel comfortable. I would stay here again and would give a 11/10 recommendation. Only a 10 minute drive to the heart of Vegas which was perfect.

Amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything super smooth from check-in to check-out. The place was exactly as described. clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Any questions or needs were handled right away. Definitely a good Airbnb experience . Highly recommend!
