Our beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is bright, modern and features an open living/dining area and patio, pool access, and is conveniently located just off the strip (1.2 miles) and 8 minutes from the airport. A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc.
Interaction With Guests
I have a self check in option and stay out of the way of guests. However, I'm always a phone call or text away, and can answer questions about the area, things to do, etc or just respond to reauests for extra supplies or any issues that may come up.
Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have shuttles to and from the strip.

A great minimalist, clutter-free property, with great kitchen , bath , dishwasher and laundry, and comfy king bed. For those who sleep poorly on polyester , note that while soft and new, the microfiber sheets have zero cotton. I laid a turkish towel over the fitted sheet to help me sleep better. We loved the choice of dishes, glasses and cups provided, all Ikea and cool to use and drink from. Property is absolutely perfect for a Vegas strip stay. The pools are beautiful and high-end, with even a small lazy river pool. The second jacuzzi on premises was out of order, which was a bit disappointing. Know that pools close at 10pm, which feels too early for Vegas, and security guards do come to make sure you leave if lingering after 10pm. All around, we 100% enjoyed the comfort of home while having a short Vegas getaway! Would stay here again!
