Very smooth check in and out process. The place was very nice and clean. The host left of a goodie bag with some essentials like soap toothpaste and toothbrush and waters for the home. The host responded to any questions I had within 10min or less. Other than that I enjoyed their home and would recommend this for others.

I had a wonderful time staying here. The apartment was clean and well designed and the aircon worked very nicely. The instructions to get in were easy and communication with BreezyStays was excellent. If you want to be away from the noise of the Vegas strip and cook for yourself, with easy parking, this is the place to stay. The walk to the strip is about 30 mins so may want to rely on Uber/Lyft or hire a car, as I did, to explore the local area. The highlights of my trip included the Atomic Museum, Hoover Dam, Boulder, Red Rock National Park, and shows by Penn & Teller and Cirque to Soleil, Mystere.

Great place! Was in town for a few days for the Sphere. It was a 15-20 min walk to the Sphere from the front door. Clean and nice large bed.

This place of BreezyStay's was clean, easy to find and get into and has secure parking. BreezyStay is very responsive and helpful. The place smells like smoke even with the strict "no smoking" policy. I asked about it and mentioned how we are sensitive to the smell of smoke before booking and BreezyStay said they have a very strict no smoking policy. Well people must smoke on the balcony with the window open and or a full time tenant that lived there smoked and when they did the remodel they didn't use smoke blocking primer because every time you walk in you can smell it. The neighbors were very loud and smoked outside until all hours of the night and there were lots of loud motorcycles and cars at all hours of the night. Bring your air freshener and and noise canceling headphones/earplugs.
