Our beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is bright, modern and features an open living/dining area and patio, pool access, and is conveniently located just off the strip (1.2 miles) and 8 minutes from the airport. A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. This unit could be on the first, second, or third floor, and may require you to climb stairs as there are no elevators. 1 King Bed 24 HR Guard Gated Free Parking 500-680 SQFT Laundry in unit

Space
Clean and contemporary 1 bedroom condo with full kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. Wheelchair accessible bathroom on the first floor, this unit has a larger than normal bathroom. New furniture, including King sized bed.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc.
Interaction With Guests
I have a self check in option and stay out of the way of guests. However, I'm always a phone call or text away, and can answer questions about the area, things to do, etc or just respond to reauests for extra supplies or any issues that may come up.
Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportaion options and amenities.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely come back again. Bed was very comfortable. Free parking was nice as in the hot months (it was over 100 our entire stay in Vegas) you’ll not want to walk places. Loved the little balcony that we were able to chill on in the mornings. The pool was beautiful with shaded areas and a lovely way to keep cool in the heat. They even left us a little care package bag with a toothbrush, eye mask, tissues, etc, just little conveniences which was a very nice touch. It was clean with everything we needed and there was not a crazy list of chores that needed to be done upon checkout. The only thing is that we wish we could’ve gotten a later checkout but it wasn’t possible, nor was an early checkin. And we thought it was a bit strange that checkin is at 3 but they won’t send you the room code until 3:05. But everything else was great and we would come back to stay again for sure.

I had a great stay in Las Vegas! The space was really comfortable and stylish and most importantly, clean! It was also a convenient location, not far from the strip and close to the places I needed to be. I was there for a family wedding and even made the second half of the 3-tier wedding cake in my Airbnb so cleanliness was required to be able to bake. The oven and fridge worked perfectly for my mission! Our host was extremely responsive and friendly in our communications. I could not have have asked for a better experience. Thank you BreezyStays! Should I be in Vegas again, your place would be my first choice for a place to stay!

This is a very nice condo.Great location close to the strip but far enough to get away from the craziness. Being able to use the pool was a great bonus.I was kind of disappointed that I needed to change my reservation and they want me to pay basically a whole other week just to change by a couple days of what I had booked. I ended up keeping my original booking and changing other appointments I was there for and they charge $20 per hour that you early check-in . I understand this is a business but when you have already booked it is nice to get a little help when needed.
