Our beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is bright, modern and features an open living/dining area and balcony, pool access, and is conveniently located just off the strip (1.2 miles) and 8 minutes from the airport. A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc.
Interaction With Guests
I have a self check in option and stay out of the way of guests. However, I'm always a phone call or text away, and can answer questions about the area, things to do, etc or just respond to reauests for extra supplies or any issues that may come up.
Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

This place is perfect! Location location location!! I came here for the wsop. It was a short $9 uber ride to the Horshoe/Paris hotel. Short walk to Walgreens, Dennys and chick-fil-A. No waiting on an elevator! Breezy stays for the win!!

Absolutely loved my stay at this hidden gem in Vegas! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It's just a stone's throw from the Strip, but feels like a private oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The location was perfect—close enough to the action but incredibly safe and quiet. After a long flight, the beautiful pools and hot tubs were exactly what I needed to unwind. The water was crystal clear and the atmosphere was so relaxing. And let me tell you, the bed and pillows were heavenly! 😴 Seriously the most comfortable I've ever slept. If you're looking for a tranquil escape in Vegas, this is the place to be. Highly recommend! 👍

Great convenient spot close to the strip and easy access to the Arts District. Pools were nice as well. Felt safe and secure with the gated check in. Security guards were so friendly as well!
