Our beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is bright, modern and features an open living/dining area and balcony, pool access, and is conveniently located just off the strip (1.2 miles) and 8 minutes from the airport. A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc.
Interaction With Guests
I have a self check in option and stay out of the way of guests. However, I'm always a phone call or text away, and can answer questions about the area, things to do, etc or just respond to reauests for extra supplies or any issues that may come up.
Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

Great place! It’s exactly what it looks like in the photos and i’m glad it had the amenities it had listed; saved a lot of money and also had a great time there, especially the pool! we were there all the time to end our night, the strip is a 40 minute walk though but taking the bus takes you straight over here in one stop. I recommend this place and i would definitely come back. 😸

Had an excellent stay! I love this complex and would be back again. The walk to the strip is feasible and an $8 uber one way if you don’t like to walk. Private gated community and pool is never busy.

Great place to stay in a really well-guarded/secure location. Relatively close to the strip, with easy access to nearby resturants.
