Our beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is bright, modern and features an open living/dining area and patio, pool access, and is conveniently located just off the strip (1.2 miles) and 8 minutes from the airport. A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc.
Interaction With Guests
I have a self check in option and stay out of the way of guests. However, I'm always a phone call or text away, and can answer questions about the area, things to do, etc or just respond to reauests for extra supplies or any issues that may come up.
Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

We stayed here for 10 days and we had an amazing time. The condo has everything you need and is very comfortable with access to the pools being an added bonus. Would highly recommend if looking for something in a quieter part of Vegas.

Beautifully remodeled home in a gated community with 24hr security so you're sure to be and feel safe. Very close to the strip as well. Pool is a little cold but very nice for mid day swimming. Overall would definitely recommend

Very sweet and communicative hosts! They would check in make sure everything was okay and would be very flexible if need be. Only thing I would change is the tv in the bedroom wouldn’t work but tother than that perfect stay and would definitely be back! Thank you so much for giving me a great place to stay for my birthday week!

Next to a 24/7 wall greens and no check in process. There is a gate where you need to give name but you can do that while you sit in the car. Took 2min. I didn’t think it was going to have basic housing appliances. I thought it was going to be like a hotel on the strip, it was not. So glad I booked this as a last minute trip for edc. Would book again!!

Good place, nice big bed with a window to view part of the strip. Only small issue that was fixed was the AC, and they were very accommodating. Gave us a portable AC until they fixed the central AC. Also the dishwasher was a plus!
