Summary
Our beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is bright, modern and features an open living/dining area and patio or balcony. It comes with access to one of the pools and the gym and is conveniently located just off the strip (1.2 miles) and 8 minutes from the airport. A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc.
Interaction With Guests
I have a self check in option and stay out of the way of guests. However, I'm always a phone call or text away, and can answer questions about the area, things to do, etc or just respond to reauests for extra supplies or any issues that may come up.
Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

This unit was exactly what I needed for a week's stay in Vegas. Lots of space in the dining area and living room, big bathroom and bedroom, washer and dryer, and plenty of closet space. The bed honestly was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The whole place was super quiet - I rarely heard any noise from the neighbors (this place is on the 3rd level, so no one above it). Even had a nice little outdoor balcony to sit on when the weather was good. The host was very responsive when I had a question about the laundry detergent, and immediately took care of my request. Very easy parking right outside the unit, and very secure, as you go through an attended gate to get into the property. Gym facilities were a few steps away, and had ample treadmills and weight machines to deliver some good workouts. Kitchen was well-equipped, full fridge and stove, everything I needed. 5-stars all around, really good value for the price. I will definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend! We were on a last minute trip and price was incredibly acceptable compared to any hotel in the strip. Owner does an amazing job answering on the app. Condo was really clean and had more than what you need! Minor details in flooring but management is aware. We were pretty much in front of El Rio and strip is close enough to have really affordable Uber rides (some barely above $10). We did not even use our own car at that point. This is a gated community with security at the door at all times so we felt safe about leaving our car alone all day. Vegas was really cold so we did not use the pool but it looked like a great option for the summer. Arriving and leaving was also easy because condo is just one block away from the freeway. First time doing Airbnb in Vegas and we loved it!

Early check ins were not possible and on the chance there was an early check in there would’ve been a fee attached to it. Aside from that I have absolutely no complaints! In a gated area, super clean, convenient location, plenty of space, quiet environment, communication from host was great (they check in regularly and make sure you’re happy which is amazing). Also, the place is well equipped. I would love to stay here again and I recommend it to you.
