Our beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is bright, modern and features an open living/dining area and patio or balcony. It comes with access to one of the pools and the gym and is conveniently located just off the strip (1.2 miles) and 8 minutes from the airport. A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. This unit could be on the first, second, or third floor, and may require you to climb stairs as there are no elevators. 1 Queen Bed Air Mattress upon request 24 HR Guard Gated Free Parking 500 SQFT Laundry in unit

Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc.
Interaction With Guests
I have a self check in option and stay out of the way of guests. However, I'm always a phone call or text away, and can answer questions about the area, things to do, etc or just respond to reauests for extra supplies or any issues that may come up.
Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

This place was amazing. The couch and giant TV were perfect. The bed was huge and very comfy. The bathroom was spacious. I wish there was laundry soap for the washer and a box of static cling dryer sheets. It was a ground floor condo and a short walk to the drop off for UBER AND lyft. It was super fast and cheap to get to and fro from the cosmopolitan resort where I was offered $895 per night, plus tax and fees was over $1,000 per night. This was awesome.

Overall our stay was pretty great. We did have a little trouble with security when we arrived because our name was not on the list so we had to wait for them to call the host. Photos in the listing ARE NOT what the unit looks like as far as furniture and decor. Completely different, still nice, but different. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay again.

Reasonably priced, great location, security on the premises working 24/7 & very friendly. Also first air bnb I stayed at that made sure to provide a welcome bag with hygiene products, water bottles, etc.. had every amenity I would want, from the kitchen to bathroom. Home was clean, host had great communication. I’m actually genuinely looking forward to staying here again when I visit vegas.
