Our beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is bright, modern and features an open living/dining area and patio or balcony. It comes with access to one of the pools and the gym and is conveniently located just off the strip (1.2 miles) and 8 minutes from the airport. A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. This unit could be on the first, second, or third floor, and may require you to climb stairs as there are no elevators. 1 Queen Bed Air Mattress upon request 24 HR Guard Gated Free Parking 500 SQFT Laundry in unit

Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc.
Interaction With Guests
I have a self check in option and stay out of the way of guests. However, I'm always a phone call or text away, and can answer questions about the area, things to do, etc or just respond to reauests for extra supplies or any issues that may come up.
Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

Definitely a hidden gem in Las Vegas where The Palms and Gold Coast Casino are right across the street and near the center of the the Strip that's just a short drive away. I enjoyed that the neighborhood was quiet and had an active security check-in so not just anyone can drive into the complex; peace of mind. The instructions given to find the condo were simple and easy to follow and the smart lock was easy to use once I arrived. The condo itself felt very welcoming upon first impression, the bathroom was clean and supplied with necessary essentials, as well as a comfortable bed to sleep on. 1 thing of note for future guests when booking their stay here: When using the bath, no need to shift the dial for warm water. If you leave it centered and running for a minute, it'll warm up. But if the need to adjust the heat high is preferred; counter-clockwise towards cold. Overall, BreezyStays was a fantastic host from response time to checking in. Would book another stay here again.
