This beautifully remodeled and well equipped large one bedroom condo is centrally located with easy access to all of the main attractions of the city including Thomas and Mack, UNLV, the famous Las Vegas Strip, Allegiant Stadium (Raiders Stadium), the Las Vegas Convention Center, and MSG Sphere. You will have everything you need to get started as well as newer appliances including in unit washer and dryer.

Space
This spacious one bedroom condo features an open floor plan with high ceilings and all the amenities you need to enjoy a short or long stay in town. From the new washing machine in the unit, to the full kitchen, you will have everything you need to feel at home. An extra large walk in closet will keep your clothing and belongings out of the way and the living room and bedroom are above average size.
Access
You will have the entire condominium to yourself. There is a washer and dryer inside the kitchen that is free for you to use, a full kitchen, and two smart TVs, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom.
Interaction With Guests
I have a self check in option and stay out of the way of guests. However, I'm always a phone call or text away, and can answer questions about the area, things to do, etc or just respond to reauests for extra supplies or any issues that may come up.
Neighborhood
Located between the airport and UNLV, this is one of the most central and convenient locations you can stay in. However, the surrounding area will not be the best and there will be homeless people, etc.

The whole condo was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive when we had questions and were having any kind of troubles. Overall, I would recommend this place, it’s beautiful and clean, everything you need in an Airbnb!

My family and I enjoyed our stay while in town for my brother-in-law's wedding. It was clean, well stocked and within walking range of the grocery store, which was very helpful for us! Close enough to the strip to not have a long ride, Far enough to not be a part of the commotion. Was told by locals that the neighborhood is a little questionable, but we didn't have any experiences while we were there. Definitely something to be mindful of, tho. Very responsive hosts. Would book again.

I ultimately liked this place… hosts were very responsive, bed was incredible. But the neighborhood felt a little less safe than my partner and I would’ve liked. But that’s not their fault. Bathroom is also quite small, but not something that can be rectified. B+
