Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Las Vegas apartment is bright, modern and features an open living/dining area and patio or balcony, pool access, and is conveniently located just off the strip (1.2 miles) A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. Unit could be on the first, second or third floor and you may be required to climb stairs. Space
Hotel like setting with upscale decor and TV's in every room but with BnB amenities like a full kitchen and washer dryer inside the unit. The guard gated entry keeps the neighborhood clean and safe.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, gym, open grassy areas, parking lot, etc. Free parking for up to two vehicles.
Interaction With Guests
I have a self check in option and stay out of the way of guests. However, I'm always a phone call or text away, and can answer questions about the area, things to do, etc or just respond to requests for extra supplies or any issues that may come up.
Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Free parking is included. There is a ride share drop off location inside the gate and Uber is one of the best options for getting to the strip and other places of interest quickly and efficiently. There are bus stops on Flamingo and also free shuttles from nearby hotels.

This unit was a great deal! Walkable distance even for the Vegas heat to casinos, food, and convenient stores. The kitchen had everything we needed the fridge and dishwasher were updated and easy to use. The beds were pretty comfortable and there was lots of space in every room that made it feel like you’re at home. We would definitely stay again!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wie zu Hause! Die Wohnung war sauber, es gab alles, was man braucht! Der Fitness-Raum und Pool war der Highlight! Es gab super schöne Aussicht von der Balkon. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, man kann alles schnell erreichen. Wir haben uns auch sicher gefühlt und planen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen! Sehr empfehlenswert!
