Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc. Free parking for up to two vehicles.

Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

My family and I had a great stay! Everything was just like the pictures and very comfortable for all of us. Something that stood out the most was the showers. The water pressure was amazing after a long day in the sun. The owner was excellent and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was great especially when our first place fell through last minute due to fraud on the hosts part. They were helpful and responsive. The floor was a little dirty but nothing a little mopping couldn't fixed. I will definitely stay again if we go back to Vegas, and will recommend it.

Clean, comfy beds and Great location, with a car it was easy to get around to anywhere we wanted to go.

We liked absolutely everything in the end. It's definitely worth the money we paid. By the way, you can even walk to the main street in less than half an hour.
