Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc. Free parking for up to two vehicles.

Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

Beyond 5 stars. Starting with the clear communication and instructions. Prompt replies to questions. The location within the complex was great for pool access. Bed rooms and closets were spacious. Definitely became an immediate favorite for any Vegas trips. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great location about 10-15 minute drive from everything in Vegas. Comfortable beds. It was nice being on the main floor as we had heavy bags. The upstairs neighbors were a little loud at times. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second place I stayed at with them. They are very friendly, respond quick, and have clear instructions for check in and out. This place was not in the best area but it is gated it in with a code, so that makes it better. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again the place is BEAUTIFUL and clean.
