Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc. Free parking for up to two vehicles.

Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

Great spot, 2 pools and walking distance to Rio, Palms, and Gold Coast. I was at first concerned about the internet as I work remotely and saw negative reviews regarding this, but during my month stay I can report that I personally had no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were very attentive, had a few small issues that they took care of right away and weren’t even a bother! Great place for a weekend getaway if you want to stay away from the strip but be close enough.

Host was always responsive. I made some minor maintenance requests that were promptly resolved, and someone came over quickly to fix. Very considerate and proactive. He noticed the door lock battery was running low on the way out, which was communicated in a follow up message and scheduled a separate time to stop by rather than extending the same visit. Very respectful. I felt comfortable staying here. It was easy to call for a Lyft/Uber, they are let past the gate and would pick up/drop off right outside the building. Made good use of A/C and fridge. The main bedroom has an attached bathroom, but I liked the firmer bed in the other room better. There is a bit of noise from being right next to the pool and the upstairs unit, but nothing wildly out of the ordinary.
