Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc. Free parking for up to two vehicles.

Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

We visited Vegas for a work trip and the location was perfect. Close enough to attractions and the strip where we could drive across I-15 and enjoy ourselves after work, but far enough to avoid the crowds and traffic. Very close to China town. Apartment was as described and clean, kitchen was decently stocked. TV's in both rooms. Small patio area. Complex felt safe. Most of the time, there was a guard at the entrance making sure everyone coming and going was supposed to be there. There was a pool (with hot tub), floating river, and a separate hot tub. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

The host was very attentive and friendly. There was a hair dryer, soap to wash dishes, & clothes as well as pots & pans for cooking. The only thing I expect to be different is the possibility of early check in. Although it was available, there was an additional fee to do so even for an hour before. That made it feel like I was staying at a hotel & even then I’ve had several hotels allow me to check in early without a fee. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The place was great and what’s more impressive is the response time for any query . 10 mins tops, I had answers for every query. This place is the finest and closest to reach out the strip. The security guards were on duty always and it felt home besides secure. The hosts were friendly and very much accommodating our requests

This condo was exactly how described and pictured. The host was very helpful and responsive no matter what. Truly enjoyed this condo and would rent again when in Las Vegas. Restaurants in walking distance and the Strip is not far. Very short drive or Uber ride to the strip.

非常不错的房间！和图片↑一模一样的。对中国人来说，美中不足的是没有做中餐的锅，只有一个做披萨的锅。 其他一切都很好！我们是商务出差，开车到Sands Expo 大约10分钟，走路也就45分钟，小区环境非常好。出行特别方便！ 房东响应速度非常块。
