Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc. Free parking for up to two vehicles.

Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

This condo was exactly how described and pictured. The host was very helpful and responsive no matter what. Truly enjoyed this condo and would rent again when in Las Vegas. Restaurants in walking distance and the Strip is not far. Very short drive or Uber ride to the strip.

This place was perfect for a short weekend in Las Vegas! It’s off the strip so it’s peaceful but if you need to get to the strip it’s easy. It’s very clean and easy to check in. I would definitely stay here again!!

I chose this place as I was traveling with a baby I wanted to ensure I had a safe space and accessible kitchen, this place checked all the boxes. Host is very responsive, place was clean. We enjoyed our stay in Vegas as this place is very close to strip. I would return to this place again when I visit Vegas.
