Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc. Free parking for up to two vehicles.

Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Breezy's condo. The check-in process was seamless, and communication with Breezy was excellent throughout our visit. The location was safe and secure, which gave us great peace of mind. The condo was well-equipped and had everything we needed to feel at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable place, near the strip but far enough away that you don't hear anything. We would definitely stay here again!
