Our beautiful 2 bedroom condo with 2 full baths is bright, modern and features an open living/dining area and patio or balcony, pool and gym access, and is conveniently located just off the strip (1.2 miles) A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc. Free parking for up to two vehicles.

Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

We love this place, its sooo close to the strip. But at night you will hear a train pass. If you are out at night it won't matter. We hear it but we still book it, we have booked it twice.

This house looked exactly like the pictures. I enjoyed the location due to everything I wanted to do was within a 15 min and under range, ubers were verryyyy affordable. The pool was nice and fun. The host were very fast with communicating and giving me information. Overall 9/10

This is probably the 7th or 8th time I’ve stayed at one of this host’s properties within the complex. I have always had a very very good experience. Hosts are very responsive and make sure you have all the necessary information to locate your unit and check in. This property was amazing! Great updates, very comfortable beds and pillows, a few bottles of water to get you started and a little goodie bag with a few essentials if you forgot anything. Also the parking lot is gated and there are security guards 24/7. I would highly recommend this host and staying at one of his properties for your Vegas trip!
