Our beautiful 2 bedroom condo with 2 full baths is bright, modern and features an open floor plan, patio or balcony, access to one of the pools and the gym, and is located just off the strip (1.2 miles) A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. This unit is located on the 2nd floor with a balcony so you will need to climb stairs. 24 HR Guard Gated Free Parking 1000 SQFT Laundry In unit 2 Queen Beds

Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc. Free parking for up to two vehicles.

Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

Accurate description, price matches value, hosts are incredibly responsive and friendly when messaged. They genuinely care about their rentals and customers and are happy to help you with whatever you need. Neighbors were peaceful. Pools are clean. The strip is a close drive away. The backup lock for the patio door is at the top middle. Highly recommend this Airbnb to others!

We had an amazing stay at Breezy Stays in Las Vegas! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was great and convenient, with easy parking and quick access to all the best spots. The host was super responsive and gave us clear, helpful instructions for check-in and check-out, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the cozy towels and stocked kitchen—it felt like a home away from home. One small thing to note: the bathtub was a bit dusty when we arrived. But everything else was spotless and made up for it!

We had a great time at this condo! Balcony is overlooking the pool and the pool was awesome!! Love the laundry machines!! Great location for ubering but also has free parking! We enjoy having a separate space and kitchen so can just eat some meals out :) love that the condo is gated and super safe the security made me feel at ease I also like the condo is on 2nd floor!! Blueberry hill restaurant is fabulous and not strip prices ;)
