Our beautiful 2 bedroom condo with 2 full baths is bright, modern and features an open floor plan, patio or balcony, access to one of the pools and the gym, and is located just off the strip (1.2 miles) A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. This unit is located on the 2nd floor with balcony so you will need to climb stairs. 24 HR Guard Gated Free Parking 1000 SQFT Laundry In unit 2 Queen Beds

Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc. Free parking for up to two vehicles.

Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

The condominium was in a great location! Super close to the strip maybe a 12 min walk. Private location with security at the entrance. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Super quiet at night. Your able to use the gym and pool. Will stay here again in the future!

Communication was amazing . Great spot and if you're into trains, you get to watch them pass every so often. Having the pool and lazy river was a bonus. Right next to The Palms, Gold Coast, and The Rio. 10/10 would stay again.

My Family and I had a great stay. The complex is nice. The kids enjoyed the pools. The community is gated and has friendly security. It's in a great location near the strip. Would definitely recommend.

I can't say enough about these hosts. I was there for a medical procedure & another Place I rented DID NOT WORK OUT this host took me in within 10 minutes allowed me to add a night to my stay per Dr order. The amenities, pool, scenic views, quiet, were exactly 💯 what I needed to recover and ho home. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS...I WOULD REFER, AND BOOK AFAIN AND AGAIN! I wish everyone the service, support, kindness support and safety that these hosts showed me! Not far from sights, easy access and so many extras I did not expect! If you are considering BOOK QUICKLY...DO NOT MISS OUT! WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS 🌟 🤩 ✨️
