Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Las Vegas apartment is bright, modern and features an open living/dining area and either a patio or balcony, pool and gym access, and is conveniently located just off the strip (1.2 miles) A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc.
Interaction With Guests
I have a self check in option and stay out of the way of guests. However, I'm always a phone call or text away, and can answer questions about the area, things to do, etc or just respond to reauests for extra supplies or any issues that may come up.
Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

We had a great stay. Needed more towels and they were delivered promptly. Asked for an extra pan for cooking and was also dropped by. Great hosts. Area is a little sketchy at night time and you have to be careful and not really walk anywhere but thats also just lots of areas in Vegas. Super convenient to all our events and 5 minutes to the strip.

We had to book this place last minute due to our previous one cancelling on us close to when we had to fly out. It was a blessing in disguise. This was an amazing stay due to the security, gym, cleanliness, comfortable bed, non smoking, and overall felt comfortable. Made this stay SO much better and was the best thing we could have asked for. Well worth the money, in our opinions. Would recommend and book 10/10 times. Thank you, guys!
