Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Las Vegas apartment is bright, modern and features an open living/dining area and either a patio or balcony, pool and gym access, and is conveniently located just off the strip (1.2 miles) A 5 minute walk to the Rio and Palms Hotels. Note you may be required to climb stairs, as this unit may be on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor and there are no elevators. 24 Hr Guard Gated Free Parking 1250 SQFT Washer Dryer in unit Cable TV with HBO

Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc.
Interaction With Guests
I have a self check in option and stay out of the way of guests. However, I'm always a phone call or text away, and can answer questions about the area, things to do, etc or just respond to reauests for extra supplies or any issues that may come up.
Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

We stayed for three nights. The apartment was easy to get to. It has a big living room. We appreciated the whole kitchen, big rooms, and laundry. We also want to thank you for communicating with us every day and checking on us even though we did not request anything. We loved your arrangement of having a security guard for 24 hours at the property entrance. We did not worry about our car. In a few words, we had a good experience, and we will be back soon.

This place was amaaaazzziiiiinnnggg!! We all felt right at home! The beds were comfortable, AC was impeccable, they left us water, and signs all around the house on how to use the faucets and ac. Felt safe because of the 24hr security and the guards were extremely helpful and nice!!! The lazy river pool made this rental feel like a resort! I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Everything was a 5 ⭐️! I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you all so much for accommodating us 🩷
