Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc.
Interaction With Guests
I have a self check in option and stay out of the way of guests. However, I'm always a phone call or text away, and can answer questions about the area, things to do, etc or just respond to reauests for extra supplies or any issues that may come up.
Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable — even better than the pictures. The location was perfect: close to the Strip but still peaceful and private, making it easy to relax after a busy day. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Communication was quick and helpful, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home made us feel so welcomed. Check-in was seamless, and every detail was taken care of to make our stay stress-free. If you’re visiting Las Vegas, this is the place to book. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and hospitality. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was lovely, very comfortable, and we enjoyed every moment of it. Located in a safe, well-guarded gated community, we felt secure and relaxed throughout our stay. The location was perfect—everything in Las Vegas was so convenient and easy to get to, including the Strip, just minutes away. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Las Vegas. Had a great stay here, it was perfect for my needs! It was my first time in Vegas, I visited on a weekend to attend Beyoncé's shows at Allegiant Stadium which was very easy to Uber to. The condo was easy to find and I didn’t even realize it's in a gated community, so very secure! Tons of parking if you choose to drive, which may be a great idea for exploring but the location is also walkable. Smooth check-in! Very accurate photos but looks even better in person. Gorgeous washroom and the kitchen is very well organized with everything needed to cook. I really appreciated the bottled water on arrival, I didn't even need to buy any! And the gift bag of toiletries, etc especially the exfoliating shower glove was a great thoughtful surprise. Extra towels, etc. The condo was spotless and very quiet, and I didn’t know there's a cute little patio too! The bed is literally like sleeping on a cloud. Excellent air conditioning. Gorgeous grounds, wish I had time to swim. Can't wait to come back!
