Summary
This modern and spacious house is located in one of the best locations for visiting the famous Las Vegas Strip. An easy 10-15 minute drive to the conention center, UNLV, Raiders Statium, and the airport, and also right around the corner from lots of great off strip dining options and a block away from the grocery store. Comes with all basic necessities such as towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, basic coffee maker, pots and pans, silverware and plates etc.

Space
A huge open floorpan with high ceilings, full stainless kitchen, and a backyard with BBQ will keep your entire group entertained. With four bedrooms, three king beds, and two queen beds, this house will be more than sufficient for 10 people. Please note no large gatherings, excessive noise or loud music will be tolerated, and the premisis is monitored at all times with noise sensors and cameras.
Access
There is a park with children's playground, a baseball diamond, basketball courts, and a large grassy field across the street. The fenced back yard includes a private patio area, and extra BBQ area with bar top on the side of the house.
Neighborhood
Close to Summerlin, China Town, and the Strip, but also located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and next to a park with a playground.
Transit
You can walk to the Sprouts and Walmart, as well as plenty of restaurants. Take bus route 202 to get to the strip in about 30 minutes including walking time. The bus runs 24 hours a day approximately every 15-20 minutes.

What we liked: so much space. (More than we needed, frankly—I don’t think we even sat in the back family room.) Quiet neighborhood, not close to a high traffic road. Warm, comfortable beds. (The desert gets cold!) Hosts: responsive & helpful. We had trouble getting in and they were Johnny-on-the-spot to respond. We had another small request that was equally well-met. What we don’t know about: the pool. It was too cold to swim, which we knew ahead of time, but the rental price didn’t seem inflated for having a pool so we went ahead and rented a house with a pool knowing we wouldn’t use it. (Maybe the price goes up in summer?) What others should know: this is an older house for Vegas, maybe from the 70s? So it’s not spankin’ new pristine, but we appreciated the block and real stucco construction. What we’d like: the listing didn’t have an image of the front of the house. That made arriving a bit of a mystery. Fun surprise—There’s solar panels
