While the location is conveniently located close to the freeway and DTLV, there will be lots of homeless people that are harmless. If you are not comfortable with seeing and dealing with homeless people, please look elsewhere.

This place was super easy to find!! The host was super communicative and responsive throughout our stay. I knew if there was an issue or concern, it would be handled immediately. The only downsides to this location were 1) near homeless people’s encampments, 2) extremely small driveway and 3) leaky shower. The first downside was noted within the reviews, but they were all correct. There are homeless people around but they are completely harmless and keep to themselves. The second downside was not mentioned at all. There were no photos of the outside so my family and I were surprised when we received the exact location and looked it up. It’s a rocky/ gravel driveway with a narrow space. Heads up if you plan on taking a big car! The shower has a small glass panel that separates it from the toilet. Unfortunately when showering, I got water everywhere. Besides that, everything else was lovely. The inside was clean, spacious and relaxing. One of the best parts: 5 min drive from downtown!!

I was unable to write my comment on the other options. This comment can be kept private and not published just to give host honest feedback, the shower needs to have a sliding door or some other barrier since water leaks out. I had turn the shower head all the way to the right so it would reduce water coming out of the shower however water would still come out and I was needing to wash/dry towels and the floor mats since they would soak

place was nice , it felt like home. it's just that there's a park right across the street and there's a lot of homeless people there

Had a great stay. Be mindful the area is quite noisy with consistent traffic as well as being conveniently close to a bus stop means there will usually be people standing out front. Didn’t bother us however just be advised for anyone staying with children or for unaccompanied females who might feel uncomfortable seeing frequent substance use. Only complaint about the place was the shower lacks a door or even a curtain so water just goes everywhere on the floor in the bathroom. Hopefully this is fixed and otherwise had a great stay as it was conveniently close to the event we were attending nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay. The beach was much more walkable than other reviews said it might be. However, getting down to the beach from the back of the property requires a large couple of steps off of big rocks. So if you are not steady on your feet, don’t expect to get down that way. The hosts were super responsive and easy to communicate with. I look forward to staying there again. The view from the third floor was amazing!
