Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc. Free parking for up to two vehicles.

Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

Love the lazy river beautiful. Comfortable bed!! Bedrooms on opposite sides of unit with living room and kitchen separated the rooms. More privacy!! Very nice place.

This is a great place. Everything was as described in the text and picture. We didn't need much but the host was responsive and nice. The apt was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The place is located about 20 min walk from the Strip and there is a bus. We loved it and we would go again! The one thing I would say is that our specific apt was right on the corner facing the main road. So first, it was a bit noisy and second it is not as nice as being in the inner building surrounding the pool. But it wasn't a big deal and we had a great time.

Staying at the condo was an absolute delight! The host was not only responsive, but also highly accommodating to any request or needs we had. From check-in to check out my stay was so delightful. The condo has all of the amenities that you would want, and even more, including a coffee pot, spices to cook with, and even things that I hadn’t thought of like a goodie bag at check-in. I cannot say enough kind or admirable things about the overall process and I look forward to my next trip with Breezy Stays. The only negative thing I have to say about the whole experience is that I enjoyed the condo so much I want to come back so soon.!!!!

Enjoyed my stay overall. I would book again. Host was responsive. only one bump in the road but because of the host. internet went out for almost the 1st complete day over into the night but it was fixed sometime the next day. Other than that great stay. Grey job guys!

We had an amazing stay here! The tenet was fast with responding even when we checked in later. Their instructions were very clear so we had no issues getting in and out. When we got in the unit was very clean and ready for us and our two teens. With it only being a few mins away from the strip and everything vegas has to offer it was an amazing stay. We will be returning on our next trip!
