Space
This condo is one of the few that are very close to the strip, Rio, and Palms but still offers full laundry and kitchen in unit, and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are constantly making improvements to the property and keeping the buildings up to date. The units we own are all remodeled and furnished to a standard to give a modern and upscale look and feel without breaking the bank, and the nightly rate is reasonable for what you get.
Access
Guests have access to all of the community property including pools, the Jacuzzi, club house (ask security to unlock it for you), open grassy areas, parking lot, etc. Free parking for up to two vehicles.

Neighborhood
A quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the Strip to avoid the traffic but close enough for easy access. A 1.4 mile walk or $7-10 Uber ride will get you to the heart of the Strip. Close to Chinatown and a host of great local restaurants and businesses.
Transit
Uber or other ride share is your most convenient option with a dedicated waiting area in front of the club house. There is also a bus stop nearby on Flamingo, or you can walk to the Rio or Palms hotels which have their own transportation options and amenities.

Very comfortable and feel like home stay. Pool and gym acces was amazing. Very near to stripe and all other places. Apartment was in very good condition with all the amenities. Owner kept all the necessary items in kitchen. Very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend it.

Host is great in communicating! Answers questions pretty quick. Quiet place, in a gated community located near the strip.🤩 If the weather wasn't too hot, we would've walked to the strip.

I liked the place and location. However the neighbors upstairs over my head were up all hours of the night walking around and the noise kept me awake. My grandson loved the pool and not far from the convention center where he was boxing at. One thing that could be changed would be the checkout time wish it would’ve been later otherwise it was okay.

Love the lazy river beautiful. Comfortable bed!! Bedrooms on opposite sides of unit with living room and kitchen separated the rooms. More privacy!! Very nice place.

Staying at the condo was an absolute delight! The host was not only responsive, but also highly accommodating to any request or needs we had. From check-in to check out my stay was so delightful. The condo has all of the amenities that you would want, and even more, including a coffee pot, spices to cook with, and even things that I hadn’t thought of like a goodie bag at check-in. I cannot say enough kind or admirable things about the overall process and I look forward to my next trip with Breezy Stays. The only negative thing I have to say about the whole experience is that I enjoyed the condo so much I want to come back so soon.!!!!

This is a great place. Everything was as described in the text and picture. We didn't need much but the host was responsive and nice. The apt was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The place is located about 20 min walk from the Strip and there is a bus. We loved it and we would go again! The one thing I would say is that our specific apt was right on the corner facing the main road. So first, it was a bit noisy and second it is not as nice as being in the inner building surrounding the pool. But it wasn't a big deal and we had a great time.
