This modern and spacious house is located in one of the best locations for visiting the famous Las Vegas Strip. An easy 10-15 minute drive to the conention center, UNLV, Raiders Statium, and the airport, and also a hop skip and jump away from lots of great off strip dining options and a block away from the grocery store. Comes with all basic necessities such as towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, basic coffee maker, pots and pans, silverware and plates etc.

Space
A huge open floorpan with high ceilings, updated kitchen and bath, a full size pool table, BBQ, and your own private pool in the backyard will keep your entire group entertained. With four bedrooms, three queen beds, and one king bed, this house will be more than sufficient for 8 people. Please note no large gatherings, excessive noise or loud music will be tolerated, and the premisis is monitored at all times with noise sensors and cameras.
Access
You will have full access to the house including 3 car garage, large backyard with pool, BBQ, hammock, and ample patio furniture.
Interaction With Guests
We will do a walk through together and key exchange. After that we respond to messages on airbnb 24 hours a day and provide rapid responses to any quest or concerns.
Neighborhood
Close to the Strip, China town, Summerlin, and Raider Stadium, located in the desirable West side of town.
Transit
Having your own car or using rideshare are your best options. You can walk to the bus stop and catch a bus to almost anywhere as well.
House Rules
No trash outside the house visible from street. No loud noises conversation or music that can be heard from outside. Premed is monitored by noise sensors inside and cameras outside. Any violation of these rules or other disruptions will result in cancellation and removal from the property with no refund.

Clean, comfortable, and welcoming home. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The pool is an essential amenity for anyone visiting May to October. The host was friendly, communicative, and quick to respond. Check-in was as easy as it gets. Codes for entry arrived precisely on time which was greatly appreciated. Access to the garage was an added bonus- especially for anyone who plans to stay during the summer months or is traveling with expensive gear that cannot stay in a vehicle. As a professional who uses Air Bnb frequently, this stay was just about as good as it gets. Looking forward to staying here again.
